Profile Subaru earns “AAA Top Shop” award five years running!
AAA Northern New England is pleased to announce that Profile Subaru of Conway has been awarded the distinction of New Hampshire Approved Auto Repair Facility of the Year in the dealer division. This is the fifth year in a row and seven times overall that Profile Subaru has been recognized with this honor.

The facility of the year award is presented by AAA Northern New England honoring one dealership and one Independent repair facility in each of the three Northern New England states. Scoring is derived from an annual customer satisfaction rating based on AAA’s service evaluation card responses. Profile Subaru scored the highest AAA rating of all the participating dealers in New Hampshire for the fifth year in a row.
AAA’s Approved Auto Repair program recognizes outstanding service facilities throughout Northern New England which have met the organization’s strict criteria for technician certification and customer satisfaction, including a 12-month/12,000 mile warranty, a written estimate and AAA-mediated repair dispute arbitration.
Tom Giasson, Manager of AAA Northern New England Approved Automotive Programs, congratulated owner Ron Petell and the entire staff for achieving an overall rating of 99.8% from their customers with 100% of them saying they would return for service and recommend Profile Subaru in Conway to others.
